Products & Leather
All products are designed and made in Australia by Tal Misch Leather based on the Fraser Coast, Queensland. Only genuine leathers sourced in Australia are used for all products. Non of the skins used are from protected or endangered species. Leather being a natural product, scars and scratches may be visible and sometimes skins are chosen because of those 'beauty marks'.

Online Shopping & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payment for products from the online shop is due on purchase. Available payment methods are Direct Bank Transfer, which is preferred to keep my business expense down. However, debit / credit card payments are also accepted without a surcharge. Payment has to be received within four (4) days from purchase.

Personalized Custom Orders & Payment
Personalized orders require a 50% deposit to confirm the order and before any commencement of work, followed by full payment before shipment. Available payment methods are Direct Bank Transfer (preferred to keep my business cost low) or by debit / credit card online or over the phone without surcharge.
Cancellation of orders is accepted any time. However, no refund is given when the order is canceled after work has already started on the product in question. The time it takes to complete individual orders will be confirmed at time of order placement and depends on existing workload at the time. Initial deposit and final payment can be payed in instalments on request. Final payment has to be received within six (6) months after order is completed and ready to be mailed. If no further payment is received within six (6) months and no other arrangement has been made, customers forfeit their deposits and the product in question will be placed for sale to recover cost.

Postage & Shipping
Deliveries within Australia only. Postage is combined and calculated by weight when purchasing multiple items. Online shop purchases are shipped within three (3) days after full payment is received. Various postage options are available and signature on delivery or value cover can be added on request. Fulfilment of personalized orders depends on type of product and artwork involved as well as current workload. 
Notification of shipment including tracking number will be send to customers email address. Care is taken with packaging to ensure your purchase reaches you safely and in good order. Recycled packaging is used where possible. No responsibility is taken for goods damaged or lost during transit with Australia Post. However, Tal Misch Leather will assist in solving any problems if necessary.

Returns & Refunds
Please read product description and choose your purchase carefully. Contact me for more information, photos and measurements if necessary. Greatest of care is taken in the manufacture of each individual item. Should a customer not be satisfied with his/her purchase, contact me immediately. A return with full refund (excluding all postage charges) or replacement may only be accepted when purchase is returned within three (3) days of delivery in it's original condition including packaging.

Tax
Tal Misch Leather is not registered for GST. An Invoice for tax purposes or purchase receipt is included in each order parcel.

Privacy Policy
Tal Misch Leather will not pass on any personal information to any individual or organisation.

Service
Excellent service and craftswomanship are the two main pillars of my business. All enquiries, suggestions, comments and feedback are welcome. Enquiries will be replied to as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
