Payment & Postage
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Domestic postage is calculated for regular service within Australia using Australia Post. Tracking number provided unless stated otherwise.
Postage upgrades to Express Post and/or Registered Mail (signature on delivery plus extra cover for loss or damage) can be purchased by adding desired option to your shopping basket via the shop.
Combined postage when purchasing multiple items.
Online purchases are shipped within three (3) days after full payment is received.
Personalized orders can take up to five (5) weeks depending on product, artwork involved and current workload.
Personalized orders require a 50% deposit before any commencement of work, followed by full payment before shipment.
No refund is given when order is canceled after work has already started on the order in question.
Notification of shipment will be send to customers email address.
An Invoice for tax purposes / Receipt of payment for your purchase will be included in each order parcel.
Care is taken with packaging to ensure your purchase reaches you safely and in good order.
Recycled packaging is used where possible.
No responsibility is taken for goods damaged or lost during transit with Australia Post. However, Tal Misch Leather will assist in solving any problems if necessary. Signature on delivery and value insurance for your purchase are available.
Available payment methods:
- Direct Bank Transfer: Payment has to be received within 4 (four) days or product will be put "back on the shelf'".
- PayPal: Direct online payment due on purchase. All major debit/credit cards accepted. No personal PayPal account is needed by customer.
